Our current portfolio spans three distinct regions: Alaska, Saskatchewan in Canada, and Venezuela. Together, these assets create a diversified base of production and opportunity. Each field represents a different stage of development, from stable producing operations to new acquisitions and early-stage frontier growth, allowing us to balance near-term output with long-term potential.

Current Production

Alaska

Our Alaskan assets are mature, producing fields that currently deliver 4,000 boe/d, or more than half of our total production. These fields sit in one of North America’s most established hydrocarbon basins, benefitting from decades of infrastructure development and operational expertise.

Development Process
  • Well Optimization. We are implementing enhanced oil recovery techniques, including waterflooding and CO₂ injection in select reservoirs, to extend the productive life of existing wells.

  • Infill Drilling. By drilling new wells in proven fields, we capture bypassed hydrocarbons and improve recovery rates.

  • Infrastructure Upgrades. Ongoing investments in gathering stations, transport lines, and storage facilities ensure efficiency and reliability.

Recent Acquisitions

Saskatchewan, Canada

In 2024, Basin Ridge Exploration completed the acquisition of promising fields in Saskatchewan. These assets sit atop formations with significant untapped potential, making them a cornerstone of our North American growth strategy.

Development Stages

Venezuela
Strategic Entry

Venezuela holds some of the largest hydrocarbon reserves in the world. In 2025, Basin Ridge Exploration entered the Venezuelan market through a partnership that provides us with access to extensive acreage in proven oil-bearing regions.

Early-Stage Development
  • Exploration Campaign. Our geoscience team has completed seismic mapping and is preparing for initial exploratory drilling.

  • Partnerships. Collaboration with local and international partners ensures we are aligned with regulatory and community expectations.

In conventional plays such as Alaska, infill drilling and enhanced recovery methods are prioritized.
